There is an open planned dinning room/ lounge which has french doors that open to a lovely sunny deck. The bathroom has a shower, basin, toilet with good storage and a laundry cupboard- the washing machine and dryer are provided. The house in insulated in the ceiling and underfloor and there is a heat pump in the lounge. The bedrooms have wall eco heaters on them. The roof was replaced 3 years ago.
Outside there is a studio which is about 20m2 with a kitchenette, inbuilt wardrobe and fully furnished (fridge, microwave, plug in over/hob, 2 seater couch, queen bed and fold down ikea table). There is no bathroom in the studio so it requires use of the bathroom in the main house. If you take the home and want to keep subletting you can, as long as I approve the tenants first. Currently there is a young couple in a studio who want to stay. They pay $250 per week. If you take the tenancy and keep them your rent will only be $360 per week however, you are responsible for the weekly rent of $610
There is a 10m2 cabin with a ranchslider and small deck. This is insulated and fits a queen bed, desk and set of drawers.
Lastly there is a great section with mature fruit trees, vegetable patches and landscaping. The property is mostly fenced and there are 3 OSP. Best of all it is 1 minute walk to the Sunnyvale train station so no commuting worries!
I take care of the lawns and maintain the big hedges. I do expect my tenants to keep the gardens and paths weeded and tidy. Please don't apply if you aren't willing to do this.
