The bedroom has a comfortable Japanese Platform Queen bed with medium/firm mattress! It includes everything you need to ensure a blissful nights sleep. Quality Citta bed linen, extra blankets, full length mirror, bedside lamps and large wardrobe. Note this is an open plan room (no doors) but have curtains to close off bedroom! It's an awesome space with skylight!

The functional kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. It includes an oven, toaster, kettle, good quality pots/pans. Delonghi coffee machine, cutlery, plates & more.... There is a large pantry and dishwasher. The dining area has a table that can comfortably fit 4 or 6 at a stretch but I have put another small dining table in room for computer work (if required).

Located in quiet dead end street & across the way to community park & close to vibrant Newtown & its amazing choices of cafes, coffee spots , restaurants & bars. The Mediterranean Warehouse, shops, supermarket, bus route, Wellington Hospital, Wakefield Hospital & Southern Cross Hospital, Hospice, Zoo all easy walking distances! Kilbirnie swimming pool, Lyall Bay Beach & Surf, The Airport, Briscoe’s , Bunnings & Warehouse, Central Wgtn City, Oriental Bay short uber ride!
