Currently, there is one tenant (20 year old male) living in the same area he is clean and quiet. My partner (25) and I (24) stay upstairs with our two year old Cavalier X Lowchen dog. We are fully self contained upstairs and there is a door in the middle of the house which remains locked for the two different areas. No maintenance is required by tenants.
