About e-signing
Why e-sign?
Under NZ law e-signing tenancy documents is as legally binding as signing in person. E-signing is a lot more time efficient, has better traceability and is more environmentally friendly. Learn more about e-signing.
How do I sign?
If you are on your computer click on the pink sign button then you use your mouse to draw your signature in the box provided. On your touch screen device just use your finger.
Why is the document not complete?
We complete the document as each person signs. This means they can update their details before they sign and we do not need to start the process again should be get someone's name or contact details need updating. The final copy will be available through the dashboard once everyone has signed.
