There is no lawn or back yard as displayed in the photos, so there is no outdoor space for swing sets, trampolines etc, and there is limited off street parking. Bond is four weeks rent of $1,600 plus one week's rent payable in advance of $400. Total amount due before move in will be $2,000. Rent is payable weekly by AP.
