Our ground floor self-contained unit (with entirely separate entrance) is now available for rent at Blockhouse Bay.

Nestled down a driveway, our area is quiet, peaceful and extremely suitable for a professional couple or students. NOT suitable for babies, children, smokers or pets.

Equipped with fibre internet and continuous gas hot water, this unit is comfortable and modern. There is parking space for one car within the property, and plenty of on-street parking if you need more parking space.

You will share the washing machine and dryer (within reasonable use) with us on the deck. The deck is also fully covered so you are free to dry your clothes there.

As there is a shared electricity and water meter, the rent excludes expenses (water, electricity, gas and internet) - $10 per week per person.
